Current pricing for all services is available on our website. Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

  • Subscription services renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.
  • No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Free Trial Periods

Free trials may be offered for certain services. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged for the full subscription.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Newsletter

Our newsletter is free. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Digital Products and Courses

  • No Refunds: All digital products and courses are final sale, and no refunds will be issued once the content has been accessed or the purchase is completed.
  • Exceptions: While we do not typically offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
  • Requesting Refunds: If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at christine@soultrellis.com. We will review your request and may offer a refund based on the circumstances.

Coaching and Spiritual Direction

  • 24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions.
  • Cancelled sessions within 24 hours may be charged at full rate.
  • Package deals and group sessions have specific policies outlined at purchase.

Community Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.
  • No refunds after 30 days of annual subscription purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may provide refunds outside these policies for extraordinary circumstances, such as severe illness, natural disaster, or personal loss. Refunds will be at our sole discretion, and requests should be made in writing to christine@soultrellis.com.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Recording and Content Use

Session Recordings

Coaching sessions, spiritual direction sessions, and community calls may be recorded for:

  • Providing session summaries.

You will be notified before recording and may opt out. Recorded content may be used within our community for educational purposes.

Testimonials and Case Studies

We may request permission to use your experiences as testimonials or case studies. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Professional Advice

Our Services provide educational content and spiritual guidance but do not constitute:

  • Licensed mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Medical advice or treatment.
  • Legal or financial advice.
  • Professional coaching certification (unless explicitly stated).

Spiritual and Religious Content

Our content reflects Christian spiritual formation principles. While welcoming to all, our approach is rooted in Christian tradition and may not align with all religious or spiritual beliefs.

Results Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using our Services. Personal growth and spiritual development vary significantly among individuals.

Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process

  2. Mediation: We encourage mediation to resolve disputes. You may contact a local mediator or reach out to us for recommendations.
  3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Georgia, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

Severability

  • Referrals to licensed professionals may be provided when appropriate.

Group Services

  • Group participants are expected to maintain confidentiality.
  • Sharing personal information is voluntary.
  • We cannot guarantee confidentiality among group members.
  • Disruptive participants may be removed from groups.
